🔁 Reschedule Policy
Reschedules are only allowed up to 24 hours before the session begins. Reschedules within 24 hours are allowed with a valid medical certificate (MC).
We reserve the right to reschedule a session to another date if there are fewer than 10 sign-ups 24 hours before the session begins. In such cases, we will notify participants at least 16 hours before the session starts.
⚡ Lightning Policy
In the event of lightning, unstarted sessions will be rescheduled for later the same day. Sessions already in progress will not be rescheduled. Refunds will not be issued for any sessions.
🛡️ Waiver and Release of Liability
Participation in football activities organized by Total Football Sdn Bhd involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By participating, the participant assumes all risks and releases Total Football Sdn Bhd, its coaches, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Organization or its representatives.
💰 Store Credit Reward Policy
Store credit top-ups and the portion of any purchase paid with store credit are not eligible for the 10% Store Credit Reward. Only the amount paid without using store credit qualifies.
